Microneedling in Montpellier: the practice's flagship care
Microneedling is, to date, one of the most versatile and scientifically validated dermatological treatments.
By creating micro-channels in the skin using a deeply adjustable micro-needle device, it triggers a natural cascade of healing that massively stimulates the production of endogenous collagen, daelastin and hyaluronic acid.

What does microneedling treat?

Acne scars: the flagship indication
Microneedling is the non-ablative reference treatment of debossed (atrophic) acne scars. By breaking the disorganized collagen bundles under the scar and stimulating neosynthesis, it gradually rises the bottom of the scar and reintegrates it into the skin surface. The results are often remarkable after 3 to 6 sessions, especially on ice pick, rolling and box scars. The combination with PRP or vitamin C liposomal amplifies the effect.
dilation of small vessels of the face and rosacea
The expansion of small facial vessels (erythrosis, diffuse redness, apparent vessels) and rosacea (chronic skin inflammation) respond remarkably well to microneedling at low depth. By stimulating dermal reorganization and strengthening the skin barrier, treatment gradually reduces vascular reactivity, redness intensity and skin sensitivity. It is often associated with soothing active ingredients and targeted mesotherapy.

Hyperpigmented spots
Sunspots, light melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (after acne): microneedling promotes skin renewal and homogeneous pigment redistribution. It is associated with depigmenting active ingredients (vitamin C, azelaic acid, niacinamide) infused into microchannels immediately after treatment to maximize penetration. Strict solar protection is essential throughout the protocol.
Hyperpigmented circles
Coloured dark circles (brown, violaceous) associated with suborbital hyperpigmentation or visible vascularization respond to microneedling associated with thinning and vasoconstricting actives. It is a complementary treatment to the injections of AH for hollow circles: microneedling treats color, injection processes volume.

Other indications
Dilated pere, superficial lines, stretch marks (in particular boned), light skin skin laxity, general dullness of the skin: microneedling is an effective solution to improve the overall quality of the skin throughout the face and body.
