Cellulite treatment in Montpellier · Mesotherapy, radiofrequency, nutrition
Understanding, Preventing and Acting: adipose, aqueous or fibrous cellulite, each form treats differently. Dr. Marianne Cayatte combines mesotherapy, radiofrequency, pressure therapy and nutritional approach for lasting results.
Understanding Cellulite for Effective Treatment
Cellulite is the result of hypertrophy of adipocytes in the hypodermis, which compriposes blood and lymphatic vessels, hence the "orange skin" aspect. It affects 9 out of 10 women throughout their lives, regardless of their silhouette.
There is no single treatment for cellulitis because there is not a single cellulite. Each form (dipper, aqueous, fibrous) requires a different approach. Dr. Marianne Cayatte starts by identifying the type before defining the protocol.

Cellulite forms : Adipuse, Aqueuse, Fibreuse
1. Adipous Cellulite
Due to excess fat, it usually sits on the thighs, buttocks and belly. Recognizable by his softness.
It is the most common form of cellulite. It is due to an excess of fat, resulting from too rich a diet and/or a sedentary lifestyle.
Adipose cellulitis usually occurs on the thighs, buttocks and belly. It is rather soft and is not painful when it is pinched between the fingers.
2. Cellulite Aqueuse (infiltrated cellulite)
Result of lymphatic and blood circulation problems, causing a heavy leg sensation and an orange skin effect on the legs and arms. A sedentary lifestyle or heredity are often involved.
The combined approach Dr Marianne Cayatte
Cellulitis is resistant to topical care alone. Efficacy comes from the combination: each technique attacks a different level of fat tissue.
- Anti-cellulitis mesotherapy: micro-injections of defibrosting, lipolytic and draining active ingredients directly into the subcutaneous tissue. 8 to 10 sessions spaced 2 weeks apart.
- Radio Frequency Pro Shape II: controlled heat in the hypodermis to defrost the capitons. The palper roll mechanized displeasures the grease layer to better remove it and improves skin firmness.
- Press therapy: mechanized lymphatic drainage that improves venous and lymphatic circulation, removes water from tissues and smoothes orange skin.
- Cryolipolysis Lipocontrast: for locally resistant fatty clusters (windows, love handles, thighs). The cold triggers apoptosis, the natural death of adipocytes, gradually eliminated by the lymphatic system over 3 months. Radial shock waves complete the action on skin firmness.

Before · AfterWhat the plate changes in cellulite
Sodium retention worsens aqueous cellulite. Chronic inflammation strengthens fibrous cellulitis. Dr Marianne Cayatte systematically integrates a nutritional check-up into the management.
- Avoid: processed dishes, cow dairy products, industrial charcuteries, refined sugars, alcohol — promote water retention and inflammation
- To be preferred: fresh fruit and vegetables, fatty fish (omega-3 anti-inflammatory), unsaturated fats (avocados, olive oil, nuts)
- Carbohydrates: prefer whole grains (full rice, buckwheat) to high GI carbohydrates that promote fat storage
- Hydration: 1.5 to 2 L per day minimum — essential for draining and maintaining active lymphatic circulation
