Fundamental principle: treating causes, not consequences
Priority should not be given to dealing with "consequence" areas such as naso-genus furrows or bitterness folds. These injections into the superficial planes of the lower face can erase wrinkles but weigh up the face and block expressions. MD Protocol Codes®: processing process and results
The first consultation is crucial: Dr. Marianne Cayatte understands the emotional attributes of the patient, combining empathy, listening and technical analysis. This step allows you to define a complete protocol, often in several sessions, starting from the top of your face.
The custom diagnosis takes into account precise anatomical parameters (vessels, nerves, bone relief, fat zones). At each injection point a precise type of hyaluronic acid, a specific technique (needle or cannula), an injection mode (bolus, retro-tracing or fan) and a codified depth to avoid over-correction.
Each session produces immediate outcomes, with a permanent stabilization at 15 days. The effects persist on the 12 to 36 months, restoring volume, flexibility and natural rejuvenation.
Morphological consultation
Analysis of emotional attributes, bone structure and volumes. Definition of the custom protocol. Tip: Bring photos of you from about ten years old: they allow you to better understand the evolution of the face and refine the diagnosis.

The MD Codes® apply both in prevention and curative treatment. They constitute a form of non-surgical medical lift to counter the effects of skin aging, adapted to almost all patients, men and women, and patients feeling a dissonance between their external appearance and their inner emotions.
Contraindications are rare: pregnancy and lactation, autoimmune disease in outbreaks, infection at injection points, presence of non-resorbable products. Prior consultation is mandatory to assess your eligibility.
