How does the PlexR work?
The PlexR generates a plasma voltaic arc between the tip of the handpiece and the skin surface. This plasma instantly sublimates the excess epithelial cells — without incision, without contact, without damaging the surrounding tissues. The skin retracts and tightens immediately and sustainably.
This is the non-surgical alternative of reference to blepharoplasty (painting of eyelids) and correction of resistant wrinkles. The result is considered permanent: the sublimated tissues do not return. However, natural aging continues.

Technology behind plasma therapy
The Plasma Therapy, or PlexR, uses the technology of plasma exesis to spray the tissues in a non-invasive manner. This process specifically affects excess skin, superficial wrinkles and small skin lesions, preserving surrounding tissues.
The operation of the PlexR is based on the creation of a Voltaic arc between the tip of the handpiece and the tissue to be treated. The resulting plasma causes sublimation of epithelial cells, favouring dermal retraction. The procedure is superficial, precise and usually leaves no scar.
However, it is essential to take precautions to avoid the risk of dyschromia associated with skin preparation and rigorous sun protection during healing.

Local Anesthesia & Treatment
The procedure includes topical anaesthesia (EMLA cream 45 min before), followed by the precise use of the handpiece to generate plasma and treat the targeted area. The session lasts 30 to 60 minutes.
Post-treatment suites (J1–J7)
The suites of Plasma Therapy are generally well tolerated, with temporary crusts and a slight swelling. interruption of the usual activities from 5 to 7 days. Prescribed healing cream, not recommended make-up.
