Hydrafacial and microneedling in Montpellier

What does the treatment involve?
Hydrafacial combines cleaning, exfoliation and aspiration with suitable solutions. Microneedling uses fine needles to perform controlled microperforations. The price of the practice combines both: the suites are therefore those of full care.
Who is this treatment for?
Adults with dull complexion, congested pores or irregular texture. Microneedling can be discussed for some scars after acne has been controlled. A mature skin may seek to improve the lines; a very reactive skin requires careful adjustment.
How's the session going?
- Skin and possible acne lesions are examined before choosing the settings.
- The apparatus cleans and exfoliates in successive passages with a sensation of aspiration.
- Microneedling, if indicated, is made on skin prepared with suitable sterile material.
- A recovery treatment is applied and the skin protection instructions are given back.
How long do you expect?
A Hydrafacial alone can be done in about 30 minutes. The association with microneedling and possible anaesthesia require a longer appointment, to be specified at the reservation.
Is it painful?
Aspiration is often not uncomfortable. Microneedling causes more tingling and heat; an anesthetic cream can be used.
What is recovery like, and is there any downtime?
Cleaning alone often gives little follow-up. After microneedling, redness, sunburn and dryness may last a few days, sometimes a week depending on the intensity.
When will I see results?
The cleaned aspect is quickly appreciated after recovery. The improvement of lines or scars is built in several weeks to months and may require several sessions.
How long do the effects last?
The surface brilliance is transient and maintenance. The evolution of texture depends on the objective, number of sessions and routine; there is no common duration for all these effects.
Before and after your appointment
Do not use acid, retinoid or scrub until the time specified by the practice. Take the makeup according to the healing instructions and apply a sun protection.
Precautions to be considered
Microneedling refers to active inflammatory infection or acne. A history of abnormal scars, herpes and ongoing treatments is verified.
