What does the treatment involve?
The volumer hyaluronic acid is placed in support points of the cheek. The care can restore a volume that has flattened or rebalance a naturally poorly projected face to the cheekbones.
Who is this treatment for?
Adults with a loss of volume of cheeks or cheekbones not marked. On mature skin, the condition of skin laxity counts: adding volume is not always enough when the skin is very low.
How's the session going?
- The doctor observed face, profile and three quarters, as well as the transition with the ring.
- After disinfection, the gel is injected into the appropriate planes, by needle or cannula.
- The projection is controlled on either side to maintain balance and not overcorrect the cheeks.
How long do you expect?
About 20 to 30 minutes for the cheekbones alone.
Is it painful?
Piqûre then deep pressure. A sensitivity of the cheek to the touch can last a few days.
What is recovery like, and is there any downtime?
Normal recovery fast, with swelling or small bruises possible. A slight difference in swelling between the sides may be transient.
When will I see results?
The relief appears immediately; it judge itself more accurately around 2 weeks.
How long do the effects last?
Often around 12 months, sometimes more with some volumizing gels. The duration depends in particular on the product and the volume actually required.
Before and after your appointment
Avoid prolonged pressures or massages of the cheek at first. Wait for stabilization before deciding on a supplement.
Precautions to be considered
Irregularities, excess volume or asymmetry are possible. Severe pain, abnormal changes in skin colour or vision require urgent care.
