What is mesolift?
The mesolift consists of superficial intradermal injections of a personalized cocktail directly into the dermis: non-reticulated hyaluronic acid, B & C vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants. These active ingredients feed the cells in depth, rehydrate long-lastingly and revive collagen synthesis.
It is a preventive as well as corrective treatment — indicated from 25–30 years for dull or dehydrated skin, and at any age to correct the signs of an installed skin aging. Dr. Marianne Cayatte adapts the cocktail composition to the age, phototype and specific needs of each patient.
Mesolift or Skinboosters?
The skinboosters use low-density crosslinked HA, targeted at deep hydration. The mesolift is a more complete cocktail (HA unlinked + vitamins + minerals) that acts on overall revitalization, radiance and tonicity. Both approaches are complementary and can be combined.

When don't you make a mesolift?
Mesolift is contraindicated in the following situations:
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Active skin infection in the area
- Anticoagulant treatment (depending on product)
- Allergy known to one of the cocktail components
- Inflammatory acne

The mesolift session
The session is fast, well tolerated and does not require any stopping time. It can be combined at the same session with other treatments.
Initial consultation
Skin analysis, custom cocktail definition (vitamins, AH, minerals) according to indication and phototype.
Cleaning & Preparation
Make-up, disinfection and optional application of an anesthetic cream 30 min before for sensitive skin.
Intradermal injections
Surface micro-injections (very thin 30G needles) of the cocktail in the dermis of the face, neck or décolleté. Session from 20 to 30 min.
Suites & Maintenance
Slight transient redness possible. Visible results from J3, progressive radiance on the course of treatment. sessions every 4–6 months.
