In one session, Dr Marianne Cayatte combines several complementary techniques for an immediate and progressive effect on hydration, firmness and shine of the skin.
1. Profhilo® · special hyaluronic acid neck
Highly concentrated hyaluronic acid (64 mg/2 ml) is injected into BAP points on the anterior side of the neck. It bio-remodels the skin in depth, stimulates leelastin and collagen, and permanently corrects cervical skin skin laxity.
2. The Microneedling
Micro-perforations activate collagen production and improve microcirculation. Combined with a cocktail of hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and antioxidants, they tighten the skin grain and restore the burst of the décolleté.
3. The Mandelic acid peeling
Soft and adapted to the sensitivity of the cervical area, this peel improves texture, unifies the complexion and erases surface lines in a few minutes.
4. The Mesolift with U225 gun
A cocktail of hyaluronic acid, amino acids and vitamins is micro-injected by gun to deeply nourish the fine skin of the neck and décolleté.
5. Hyaluronic acid hydrating mask
The treatment ends with the application of an intense hydrating mask to hyaluronic acid, which seals the injected active ingredients and amplifies skin hydration.
6. Photobiomodulation LED
The red and near infrared LED light reduces post-session inflammation, stimulates fibroblasts and potentiates all previous treatments. The result is visible from the first session: smoothed skin, light, repelled.

This double action relaxes the vertical bands, prevents the fat migration down and remodels the lower face.
The chin, neck and décolleté are particularly vulnerable areas with fine and fragile skin. Without specific care, the skin laxity and numbness of the neck gradually increases. Depending on the clinical condition, the protocol complements microneedling, skinboosters or a mesolift, all feasible during the same sessions.
