Hair mesotherapy in Montpellier · Hair hair loss, regrowth, density
Intradermal microinjections of vitamins, minerals and growth factors directly into the scalp. Stops falling, stimulates hair bulbs, improves density. Women and men.
How does hair mesotherapy work?
scalp mesotherapy consists of intradermal micro-injections directly into the scalp of a cocktail of vitamins (biotin, B5, B6), minerals (zinc, selenium), amino acids and growth factors. These actives feed the hair bulbs in depth, stimulate microcirculation and revive the hair growth cycle.
In the practice, Dr. Marianne Cayatte uses the mesotherapy gun U225 for a more precise, less painful and more homogeneous procedure on the entire scalp. This treatment is for both women and men.

Before · AfterHair hair loss: causes and hair cycle
Each naturally loses between 100 and 150 hairs a day, intended to be replaced. Hair loss can be temporary (grossness, stress, change of season) or lasting (hormonal imbalance, heredity, disease).
Androgenetic alopecia affects 25% of women and the majority of men over 50 years of age.
Anagenic phase · Growth
Active hair growth phase, which lasts on average 2 to 6 years. The hair bulb is in the middle of activity.
Catagenic phase · Transition
Transition phase from 2 to 3 weeks. Follicle activity slows down before entering the rest phase.
Telogenic phase · hair loss
Rest phase and then natural hair loss. The hair falls and the cycle starts again. Duration: 2-3 months.
Why are we losing her hair?
Hair loss rarely has a single cause. An effective approach begins by identifying which — or which — is at stake.
- Androgenetic alopecia (heredity) — the most common, affects 25% of women and the majority of men over 50
- Nutritional defects — iron/ferritin, zinc, biotin, vitamin D, proteins
- Hormonal imbalance — hypothyroidism, menopause, postpartum, contraception
- Acute or chronic stress — telogenic effluvium (dispersive hair loss 2-3 months after shock)
- Microbiota disorders and systemic inflammation
- Tobacco — reduces microcirculation of the scalp
Pre-treatment review
scalp mesotherapy is more effective when biological causes are corrected in parallel. Dr. Marianne Cayatte may prescribe a scalp bioassay (ferritin, TSH, zinc, vitamin D, testosterone) to target the protocol.
What to expect
Hair mesotherapy works gradually. The first signs of improvement — less brittle hair, less greasy scalp, reduced hair loss — appear from the first 2–3 sessions. The visible regrowth is estimated at 2–3 months.
It is often associated with scalp PRP to potentiate the results, and can be supplemented by the scalp radiofrequency and LED photomodulation to stimulate microcirculation.
Attack phase
1 session every 2 weeks, renewed 5 to 6 times. Objective: to stop the hair loss and restart the bulbs.
Consolidation phase
1 session per month for 3 months. Regrowth becomes visible, density gradually improves.
Maintenance
1 quarterly session to maintain results. May be associated with scalp nutritional monitoring.
